Currently, PT SCURO LAVINO is opening vacancies with the following details:

Location : Batuceper, Tangerang City

1. Warehouse Admin

Qualification:

  • Maximum age 35 years (Female)
  • Candidates must have graduated from a minimum of SMK or D3
  • Have at least 1 year experience.
  • Able to perform administrative activities
  • Able to work deftly, conscientiously, initiative and have good communication skills. 
  • Diligent, responsible, and can work together in a team.
  • Able to use computer and microsoft office (Word and Excel)
  • Placement in Daan Mogot - Batuceper

Job description :

  • Handle Petty Cash for shipping.
  • Adjusting the Travel Certificate with the driver's note after the goods have been loaded in the car.
  • Check the Accurate system to see if there are additional items that are urgent to send.
  • Confirm to admin if there are any problems.
  • Check the goods after being prepared by the goods collection team.
  • Receive returned items from customers & check back returned items.
  • Make manual travel documents for returning goods to customers.
  • Monitor the position of drivers and couriers.
  • Follow up on the expedition.
